Elixir Trails and its limited release bottlings were created to transport any spirits enthusiast to the most exciting and varied distilleries in any country or continent. Sukhinder, our guide on this journey through exceptional spirits, often says the only thing that matters is flavour, flavour, flavour.

That’s why we the first thing we look for is great tasting spirit, regardless of whether it is from a well-known producer or a cult local distillery. It’s a global exploration, crossing countries and continents in search of the world’s most exciting spirits.

Once we’ve found delicious liquid, we work to uncover the great story behind the spirit - the sense of place and character. We select the best casks we can find and often will nurture the spirit further, using our decades of experience to judge how best to guide maturation.

Across multiple spirit categories, each limited release of The Elixir Trails will include single casks, small batches, or carefully crafted blends.
