The Glasgow Distillery is one of Scotland’s most exciting new whisky producers. The first new independent distillery from Scotland’s largest city in over 100 years, in 2025 they celebrate 10 years of whisky making.

Each year they create three styles of single malt scotch whisky: unpeated triple distilled, unpeated double distilled, and peated double distilled single malts.

Alongside a core range of whiskies that celebrate these three styles, they also produce a selection of exciting and innovative Small Batch releases and single casks.

An independently owned and forward-thinking distillery, they comprise of 16 passionate staff. Their production process if hands-on with little automation, a focus on quality, accessibility, authenticity, and transparency at their core. Their team of six distillers handcrafted their spirits whilst their own on-site copper manages their cask maturation policy across a vast range of different casks.
