Since 2002, Elixir Distillers have selected fine whiskies to bottle as The Single Malts of Scotland range, drawing on decades of experience buying, maturing, and selling sought-after whiskies. Each cask we select is carefully chosen for the quality and purity of its spirit, with each celebrating a particular nuance or character from the many distilleries across Scotland.

With an extensive stock of maturing casks in our Scottish warehouses we possess a luxury in whisky-making: patience. We are never rushed to bottle too soon, nor are we dependent on distilleries’ surpluses. Instead, we have access to vast library of spirits, from vibrant young distillates to well-aged masterpieces, meticulously nurturing them within our own cask program.

Spanning the five Scotch whisky regions, our portfolio celebrates each distillery’s distinct "fingerprint." From the iconic, revered names to hidden gems typically reserved for blends, we capture unique moments in maturation. We select each cask to showcase how a spirit develops over time, rounding out certain flavours while enhancing others, and bottle them without chill-filtration or artificial colouring, and always at the strength that shows them at their absolute best.

Released in limited outruns and truly small batches, our whiskies represent the definitive expression of a distillery at a specific moment in time. From the rich, peated smoke of Islay to the elegant fruitiness of Speyside, our mission remains simple: to find, nurture, and share remarkable drams that will create lasting memories.
