For Whisky Live Germany, Gordon & MacPhail capture whisky history: The Bunnahabhain 1998/2025 combines citrus notes, mango, pomegranate and banana with candied violets and ginger.

Oloroso Sherry Cask
100% Islay – 100% Sherry: Distilled from own barley, Kilchoman's Single Oloroso Sherry Cask combines heavy peat notes with citrus, sweet dried fruits, spice and tobacco.

Blair Athol 2010/2025
269 bottles in which voluminous Highland single malt meets the power of fortified wine: The British Royal Warrant Holder presents a 14-year-old powerhouse with sherry notes and nutty spice.

Springbank 20 y.o.
For the German whisky live premiere, Michel Reick, the whisky druid, conjures up an old Springbank from the cask. The first-fill Oloroso hogshead yielded 107 bottles of lightly peated Campbeltown malt.
Isle of Raasay
PX Sherry Quarter Cask – Peated
Dark fruits, sweet ginger, and creamy honey characterize Isle of Raasay's whisky contribution to the Awakening Series—matured in a small quarter cask pre-filled with Pedro Ximénez sherry.

Oloroso Sherry Butt
Inspired by Edinburgh's brewing heritage, Holyrood is setting new standards with diverse malt and yeast varieties. For the Awakening Series, the Scots serve pastries, apricot jam, and caramel glaze.
Kanosuke Sherry
Quarter Cask
From Japan's longest sandy beach to Hamburg: The Awakening bottling from the up-and-coming Kanosuke Distillery matured intensively in a small sherry cask. Only 108 bottles of the whisky are available.

Cognac Grande Champagne
Renowned for excellence for over 170 years: Vallein Tercinier. The sixth-generation family-run company's contribution to Whisky Live Germany is a 1978 Grande Champagne cognac.
Jean-Luc Pasquet Lot 86
Cognac Grande Champagne
Domaine Pasquet produces the finest organic cognacs from Grande and Petite Champagne grapes. This liquid snapshot, which Jean and Amy Pasquet are presenting in Hamburg, was created in 1986.

STR Red Wine Cask
Nc'nean is celebrating the German premiere of Whisky Live Germany with the organic distillery's first artist edition. For this buttery, dark-fruity single cask, painter Emily Bunn captures Scottish flora.

With Meikle Tòir, the Speyside distillery The GlenAllachie reveals a completely different side: smoky! For the 2025 Awakening Series, the brand bottled one of its first single casks – at a crisp 60.1% ABV.
Edradour 2020/2025
PX Sherry Hogshead
Edradour Distillery still operates largely as it did in the 19th century, partly using original equipment. The legendary distillery is bringing a single cask matured in a Pedro Ximénez sherry cask to Hamburg.
Benromach 2009/2025
Super Tuscan Wine Cask
Benromach is known for its handcrafted whisky, delicate Speyside smoke, and first-fill sherry and bourbon casks. At Whisky Live Germany, the small distillery is showcasing something completely new: a rare Sassicaia Wine Cask.

Smoked American Oak & Moscatel Cask
Stauning showcases its broad portfolio with two single casks in the Awakening Series. The single malt whisky from Ringkøbing Fjord is a whisky with notes of smoke and fortified wine.
