Founded in 2014, the Cotswolds Distillery was born from a desire to create exceptional spirits that reflect the beauty and character of the Cotswolds. Inspired by the idyllic landscape, founder Dan Szor built the first complete distillery in this area of outstanding natural beauty, combining passion, tradition, and innovation.

The distillery produces award-winning single malt whiskies and gins using traditional methods and local ingredients such as barley and lavender. Their signature single malt was the first whisky ever distilled in the region and quickly gained recognition for its full-bodied, approachable style. The Cotswolds Dry Gin and other products express the vibrant flavors of the local landscape.

The distillery welcomes over 100,000 visitors annually for tours and tastings. Today, the Cotswolds Distillery is redefining English spirits and sharing the true taste of the Cotswolds with the world.
