Founded in 2012, the Dingle Distillery is one of the pioneers of the modern Irish whiskey renaissance. As one of the first independent distilleries in decades, it combines craftsmanship, innovation, and tradition.

 

In the coastal town of Dingle, Kerry, high-quality whiskeys, gins, and vodkas are produced – all distilled locally in small batches with great care. Copper stills from Forsyths and their own spring water ensure a complex, distinctive style.

 

Dingle's first single malt and single pot still whiskeys quickly gained recognition, as did their first 10-year-old bottling in 2023. With the limited-edition "Celtic Wheel of the Year" series, Dingle whiskey connects with Celtic heritage. Each edition matures in select casks, bringing Irish culture to the glass. Dingle Gin and Vodka also set standards in quality and craftsmanship.
