At Domaine Pasquet, we produce certified organic cognacs from our family estate in Grande and Petite Champagne, where time, terroir, and tradition guide every step. For over 30 years, we have cultivated our vineyard without chemicals, allowing our eaux-de-vie to mature with patience and care.

 

We are also known for our “Trésors de Famille” series – rare single casks from partner winegrowers/distillers – and “Confluences,” our micro-blends that highlight hidden harmonies. Whether from our own vines or from trusted friends, every cognac reflects authenticity and soul.
